Finding the "right fit" for the next stage of your lacrosse career is a group effort from the player, the Club, the coaches and your family.

"Our Process" aligns each of these pillars to ensure success.

Your player and family will work directly with our Recruitment Director and coaches to ensure that your player is set up for success in the recruitment process.

The Palms Lacrosse Recruitment Director will guide players through the process, set meetings with your family, and set "homework" for players to execute.

College Lacrosse coaches want to hear from players first, and coaches for supporting communication. We are hear to support with follow ups, status updates, and guidance in where to spend your times as a family.
