Each team averages two coaches, each specializing in a certain position. Coaches are trained to use our player development model to ensure they are meeting milestone goals per season.

Palms Lacrosse Club also has specific goalie coaches as well as a draw/faceoff coach on our coaching staff. We understand and value the importance of our specialized players which is why we invest so much time and effort into making sure our speciality coaches spend countless hours per session training these players.
